What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, call us right away. Our policy is to do whatever it takes to take care of you.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you buy a product from us with manufacturing defect, again please call us or come back in. You can call us at 303-777-4970, and speak one of us. If it is a defective product, we will get you new one.
Your happiness so important to us. If you bought from NationalSpeaker.com, and you are not satisfied with what you purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, or an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 30 days from the shipping or purchase date. If we shipped it to you for free that shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The return must have original packaging, all accessories and all documentation. If is came in the box it has to come back to use. It must be in new condition. If you bought it from us and it looked used you would not be happy. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked (“Special Orders”, discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable.
How To Make A Return:
If you do need a return, call us first to get a Return Authorization.
There are some things we won’t take back for obvious reasons.
These items include:
- Special orders
- Over-size or over-weight items
- Personal items (earphones, instrument mouthpieces, etc.)
